Before establishing where you want to end up,
it's important to establish where you're staRting from.

Results don't come quickly, it's important to love the process; including the beginning. Once we get some preliminary information recorded and measurements taken we can really get started! No matter your needs I know we can design a program that works for you. 


Online Training

Join our online workouts, streamed live and in real-time for a personal connection from the comforts of your home!

We use Zoom (an app you will need to download, for FREE). Once set up and signed in you will receive an email with a link 5-10 minutes before class that will log you into the session. So easy!  

With online personal training I can provide customized exercise programs for weight loss, strength training, strength conditioning and/or increasing stamina. The workouts are for all fitness levels.

What you'll need

  • Dumbbells (range 2-15 pounds)
  • Yoga mat or towel
  • Water bottle or cup of water
  • Resistance bands.

Custom Nutrition Package

First steps include filling out the form found in the above link; I then take the answers, and put together a custom plan. The plan includes a list of foods to eat each meal for the first week. You can mix and match the days. You will follow this plan for 3-4 weeks. Then we will adjust your calorie intake, again based on what your answers from the completed form. You will then repeat the 7 day menu at this level for another 3-4 weeks. The plan also comes with a shopping list and a lot of helpful introduction information about nutrition.

The workout plan is based on the Smart Goals sheet that you fill out and return to me. In addition, please let me know in your email if you favor cardio, strength, or a balanced mix of both. Also, let me know if you have a particular body area that you want to emphasize. I take all of this input and create a custom workout plan with pictures and full descriptions.
